Miami down to the carribean. Swim with dolphins on your day off. Visit the many different cities that

your cruise liner will dock at. Whats not to love!

The Hour of Code will take place during the week of Dec 8th – 14th in schools all over the world. Following on from “EU Code week”, during which Ireland arranged more coding events than any other country in the EU, this provides an opportunity for teachers and students alike to try coding.

Hadi Partovi, promoting the Hour of Code gave a very clear presentation at the Web Summit in Dublin, a fantastic event dubbed ‘the ploughing championship for those interested in IT’ – his presentation can be viewed below:

One Plus One: by Jojo Moyes

One single mom. One chaotic family. One quirky stranger. One irresistible love story. One Plus One is an absolutely exhilarating novel. Equal parts moving, heartbreaking, hopeful and hilarious, it’s a smart and memorable story about one untypical family and their journey to happiness. A journey that includes a painfully slow road-trip to Scotland in a car with a rude boss, two kids and one huge, smelly dog.

Two people. Two completely different worlds. What do they add up to?

This was the book chosen by the parents to read. Come along next week to receive your copy and we will meet again on the 3rd of December; a Christmas event!
